The City of Parsons has received $1.6 million from the Environmental Protection Agency for upgrades to its sewer system. “It will be better for our entire system in our sewer treatment plant,” Chief Operator of Water and Wastewater Departments John Lipscomb said. The Environmental Protection Agency is providing the city of Parsons with $1.6 million to upgrade the city’s sewer system.
