CHARLESTON, W.Va. — U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Ranking Member of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, and member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced a $4,720,580 grant for the Education Alliance for Business and Community for Public Schools in West Virginia though the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
“As we make record investments in our nation’s core infrastructure, it’s also critical to invest in preparing America’s workforce to meet the needs of our economy now and in the future,” Ranking Member Capito said. “I’m thrilled West Virginia is receiving a significant amount of funding to assist with career and technical education, and I’ll continue to work to deliver more resources that set our state up for success.”
