Capito Votes to Confirm Scott Gottlieb for FDA Commissioner
WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) issued the following statement today after voting to confirm Scott Gottlieb as commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA):
