WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) today spoke on the Senate floor to deliver the latest in a series of speeches on the need to pass comprehensive pro-growth tax reform—highlighting supportive statements from West Virginia families, manufacturers and small businesses and illustrating how it will benefit the state.
