WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) today delivered the third in a series of Senate floor speeches on the benefits of comprehensive pro-growth tax reform—highlighting how the budget resolution being considered in the Senate provides a pathway to more jobs, higher wages and greater economic growth in West Virginia and across the country.
