“July 4th is always such a joyous celebration in West Virginia.
“We celebrate our patriotic roots.
“We celebrate the founding of a great country that stands for freedom and liberty.
“We celebrate our families and get together for picnics, parades, games, and ways that we can join together and realize what a great nation we live in and how blessed we are to be Americans.
“So, we are going to all fly our flags boldly and strongly on July 4th as we do every July 4th in our great state of West Virginia.”
