U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Ranking Member of the Senate Homeland Security Appropriations Subcommittee, today spoke on the Senate Floor to address the need for bipartisanship on the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) FY22 spending legislation. While our country is currently in a historic border crisis, Democrats’ proposed legislation would actually cut funding from DHS.
