Capito Welcomes WV DOT Sec. Wriston, Delivers Opening Statement for Hearing on IIJA Implementation

Today, the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee held a hearing titled, “Putting the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to Work: The State, City, and County Perspectives.” The hearing featured testimony from multiple witnesses, including West Virginia Secretary of Transportation Jimmy Wriston.
