WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) released information regarding Pope Francis’ address to a joint session of Congress on Thursday, September 24, 2015. Senator Capito’s office will receive 200 tickets for West Virginians to view the address from the Papal Audience on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol. These tickets are standing-room only and the viewing will take place outside.

Senator Capito’s office will distribute the tickets through a random drawing. To enter, West Virginians should submit their name and contact information to Lindsay McDonough at Lindsay_McDonough@capito.senate.gov or 202-224-6472 by September 13, 2015. Ticket winners will be notified personally after the drawing is held on September 17, 2015.
