U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), a member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, questioned the Department of Commerce nominee to be Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information, Alan Davidson.
